Hi everyone,
I’m Martin Virag, a first‑time ServiceNow MVP. I started my ServiceNow career at the end of 2019 in Hungary, mainly focusing on ITOM and presales and implementations. Over time, my role gradually evolved toward more architectural responsibilities.
Last year, I moved to Switzerland with my family, where I now live and continue to deliver ServiceNow‑related content and community activities.
From the very beginning, I was amazed by how supportive and active the ServiceNow community is, which made me feel a strong urge to give something back. I genuinely enjoy in‑person connections, so organizing meetups felt like the most natural way to contribute. Meetups are, in my experience, the best way to meet local developers and have open, honest conversations about ServiceNow.
As a result, last year I hosted and co‑hosted seven ServiceNow Developer Meetups.
You can learn more about our meetups here, and if you live in Zürich or anywhere in Switzerland, feel free to join us:

In addition to meetups, I occasionally write community articles on topics that quite literally kept me awake at night, so that you don’t have to go through the same challenges. You can find these articles on my ServiceNow Community profile.
