How did you get that started?
My journey started when I was struggling with a complex workflow and found the answer in the community. I realized how valuable that shared knowledge was, so I started answering questions in my free time. It quickly grew from answering questions to writing detailed articles, realizing that "knowledge grows when it is shared."

What do you create?
My contributions to the community primarily focus on ITSM best practices / Flow Designer solutions / Custom Widget development. I enjoy breaking down complex technical challenges into understandable articles, creating helpful technical documents, and answering questions in the IT Service management and Asset Management forums.

Why do you keep sharing?
I keep sharing because I believe in the power of the ServiceNow community to help us all work better. Seeing a solution I shared help someone else solve a problem faster is incredibly rewarding. Furthermore, the community is a continuous learning platform—sharing my knowledge forces me to refine my expertise and stay ahead of platform innovations.

Final Thoughts: Thank you to the ServiceNow Community team and everyone who has marked my posts as helpful or engaged with me. I look forward to another year of learning, growing, and winning together!
