My name is Wessel van Enk, and I’m based in the Netherlands. I’ve been working with the ServiceNow platform for more than a decade, specializing in Employee Workflows, particularly HRSD and Employee Center. I love presenting at events, sharing practical insights, and helping others grow in their ServiceNow journey. The community played a huge role in my early career, and now that I’ve gained experience, I’m passionate about giving back and helping others succeed.
What do you create?
I create videos together with fellow MVP Jerry Wong that highlight the collaboration between IT and HR on the ServiceNow platform. We focus on how these teams can work more effectively together and explore new features that support that partnership.

How did you get that started?
Jerry and I started creating videos last year after going through the same journey. We both became Rising Stars in 2024 and first‑time MVPs in 2025. Our collaboration came naturally, and I’m genuinely proud of what we’ve built together and how aligned our passion for sharing knowledge has become.
Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?
I’ve now been named a ServiceNow MVP for the second time, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. After more than a decade on the platform, sharing what I’ve learned feels like the right way to give back, especially because the community helped shape my own early growth. Contributing to that cycle of learning and support is what keeps me motivated.
