Activation of Major Incident in Service operation workspace

Hi, 

Has anyone been able to activate the new Major incident Management workspace, that I think was introduced in Washington patch 2 release? 

 

Im trying to activate the MIM workspace in my PDI but im failing to do so, when Following these instructions:

"Activate the Major Incident Management (app-sow-mim) plugin in Service Operations Workspace using Admin Center.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.
  2. On the Admin Center Overview tab, in the Configure ITSM Core section, select the Install button under Major Incident Management.
  3. In the pop-up window that lists plugins to be installed, select Start Install."

 

The problem I have is that I dont even have a box for MIM in the first place. The only box I have here is a "Incident management" box. Nothing else. 


And looking for the app (sn_sow_mim) in the Application manager does not show up there either. 

 

Please advise. Cheers.

It doesn't tell you in the docs but you need to update the version of your SOW ITSM (sn_sow_itsm_cont) to 5.0.0

Please install Major Incident in PDI and the go for workspace one.
