Activity Feed Updates

We are looking to make updates to the activity feed in Incidents. One thing we would like to do is make it so that if the Incident is reassigned to a different user, that reassignment shows in the activity feed. We may also want to make similar updates to SCTasks. Can someone show me where that logic lives?
