Add image in email template

Hi Team,

I want to add image header, in notification message I am adding the header image. It shoudl reflect to all the records, How to proceed,

I am guessing you want to add a logo/banner or something in all email notifications.

I would recommend creating an Email layout - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-administration/page/administer/notification...

Add the layout to an Email template and apply the template to your notifications.
