Adding the Report Knowledge Gap on incident form

Hello I want add a button Report Knowledge Gap for creating a KFT. Is there in workspace. I want on the incident form directly. I don't know how I can activate. Is not there on the resolution notes or on the related list

I tried this in my PDI and working fine

Go to SOW -- Incident - 3 dots and here

Need Admin rights to see this as per doc. Try to repair plugin once.

I know that is working. I want on the next ui form. I want on the form of incident table.

Or on the related list.
