Artic Wolf Integration - Duplicate Incident

We have an integration with ServiceNow and ArticWolf that has been working with issue for a few months.  Approximatley 6 weeks ago, every Artic Wolf issue is creating a incident when newly reported and is also creating a new incident when updated from artic wolf.  No changes have been made to the servicenow environment and none have been made to the artic wolf environment.  

 

Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.

I would recommend to open a case with Now Support, as well as with ArcticWolf.  We experienced an issue in the initial configuration, and we were able to have a call with all parties to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
