ATF: Submit Record Producer Failure: Target record was not generated. Record producer submiss

I have created an ATF which continues to fail at the "Submit Record Producer" step.  Reviewing the results, I see a record was produced via the screenshot in the results.  However, the ATF shows the step has failed (ATF Submit Record Producer Failure: Target record was not generated. Record producer submission was unsuccessful).  The "Read operation on table 'xxx' from scope 'Global' was denied.  The application 'Global' must declare a cross scope access privilege."

Also, I attempted to search for the generated ticket reflected in the screen shot captured by the ATF but I'm unable to locate it.

Thank you for the reply, but I already verified that the Record Producer is in fact set Active and still getting the same error.  Separately, I commented out the script in the record producer to determine if it was due to any customization and still receive the same error message.

Hi Edmanpadua, I currently have the exact same issue as you had. I also have the RP as active. Did you manage to solve this?

Hi,

The above article is not accessible to me. I am facing the same issue.
Can anyone help me out?
