Hi @Pravalika R

A incident cant be closed directly, means, If a incident is not in resolve state, it cant be closed.

So in your requirement, Incident in which state? If not in resolved, so

1st move to Resolved state, with proper Res. Note and code and then via flow you can close it.

Hi AG,

Thank you for your response!

Irrespective of the incident state, I would like to just AutoClose the unactioned incident task after 4 hrs it was created.

for example : once the P1 incident task is created , it should wait for 4 hrs and if there no action taken on it (there is no any kind of update on the task) then it should autoclose(task state should go to closed Incomplete) .

Hi @Pravalika R

Then do in 2 steps in flow

1. Move that incident to Resolved state and  set Res code / notes from Flow only and in same flow,

next step to move to close but only for P1 and P2.
