Hi,
On a trend or bar chart, is there a way to show a zero value? If you wanting to show improvement or a problem, being able to see this is quite useful.
Thank you,
Dan

Hi @Dan Brown2,
As per my understanding, the OOTB/normal reporting did not supports for zero values.
For that purpose, you have to use the Performance analytics [PA].
Take a look at -
Displaying 0 value in ServiceNow reports
Report "Trend" - How to show empty values/data?
Thanks,

Sagar, this is not a critique of your response. It's very helpful to see clear/unambiguous answers given how opposed to that Now documentation seems to be.
However, given how may ServiceNow fields exist around a fixed set of values, I shouldn't need to rely on PA to create a simple bar chart that displays those values.
Priority only has 4 values, so it should be trivial to create a chart that displays all 4 regardless of how many records are grouped at the time the report is run.
So if I group by a field that has 100 options, I can make the report display them all, but I can't force 4?
The lack of this option is a stupid limitation.
