Bucket Group Created on(incident)

Hi All,

I am working on creating a bucket group for Created On (incidents), where each incident will be categorized based on the number of days since it was created. Here’s what I am thinking for the date ranges:

 I have mapped the bucket group to the breakdown for the incidents, but the data is still not populating as expected

I have created the bucket group for Created On (incidents) with the date ranges I mentioned earlier. However, the data doesn’t seem to be populating in the indicators as expected.

Could you help me understand what I might be missing or what steps I could check to ensure the data appears correctly?

Hi @Vidya Aeil ,

Please share how you have configured the indicator source, the automated indicator and the breakdown source as it seems that some of your configuration is wrong.
