Hello @Cat ,

 

You can configure the fields for auditing through this funnel icon :

Also if you want create new for adding new into your custom table,
Navigate to System UI > Formatters > create new (add activity.xml in formatter) :

These are activity logs. When you make any field auditable, the changes will appear here.
