The 'Incident caused by change' related list on the change form disappears when the same incident is linked to two different change requests.

Hi @satya1995 

This is the expected behavior OOTB, meaning an incident can be caused by a single change, not multiple changes. Therefore, the latest change will be associated with the incident, not the older one
