Hi All,
Currently in our Employee center portal ,whenever user starts a coversation and click on Contact Support, and then call support,we are directing to a sharepoint link,but now we want to display the respective countries helpdesk number only,If a user is from India,we want to show only india helpdesk number,and this data we have in cmn_location table.
How can we achieve this

can you share a screenshot and indicate where you want to see it?
Directly as a welcome message, or under the three dots, or where?
Based on its location it will might be a different solution..

go to Conversational interfaces > Settings > Branding > scroll to Menu Items:
However I'm not sure if it will be possible to do it dynamic as per user's region. But this is where you define the three dots behaviour.
