Classification Model unable to Predict / blank predictions

Hi Team,
I was working with our Classification model for a particular domain and did a batch test (as we recently updated the filters for the model after the Vancouver upgrade) but I see a very high number of predictions which say "Unable to Predict" or predictions with blanks. We did see them before as well but the count was minimal, however this time I see 11 "unable to predict out' of 50 and 6 'blanks' out 50 (all in the same run), a total of 17 invalid predictions for one model.
6 " unable to predict' out of 50 and 13"blanks" out of 50 (all in the same run), a total of 19 invalid predictions for another model.
Can you please look into why we might be facing this issue. Is there something we need to add/update to our models?

Hi,
So i am not getting any error while training...when i run tests that is when the model is unable to make predictions on a lot of tickets i try to test with...the link you shared is more to do with if i get error when training.
