Create new communication in Incident to include Now Mobile Option

Hi All,
On click of create new communication, below popup appears. Is there a way to include Now mobile option under channels. If checked notification can be sent to Now Mobile app.

I think no, but what action you need id the mobile option has been added.

thank you for the response. If user selects ‘now mobile’ option, it has to send ‘now mobile’ notification for the recipient selected. (Kindly refer the pop up screenshot in original post).

If user selects “now mobile” then it has to send notification to “now mobile” for the recipients selected in the pop up. Please refer the screenshot in the original post.

If I'm not wrong, once the notification is configured and the user has installed the mobile app, it will automatically appear in the mobile app without requiring any additional configuration.
