Create ticket for external user and notify them

Hi Community, I want to find  solution where i can create a ticket for a user or users who don't have SNOW account and notify them about the creation and update of a ticket. thank for your help

Can you try this in notifications 

if this does not help you can try with mail script
Example scripting for email notifications
