Created a new priority but it doesn't show

Hi, 

Please help, i created a new priority, urgency and impact but when i check the priority data lookup but none of the items created show on the list. What can i check?

I want to create a priority 0 which is disaster priority.

Hi @Community Alums , 

After created new value in choice table, you need to configure new mapping in priority data lookup table (dl_u_priority).

values created but when i want to map the values they are not showing in the drop down lists on the dl_u_priority

Ok got it,

So share the Choice [ sys_choice ] data where you created these new record for all 3 items.
