Creation of incident from json payload ?

Hello experts,

I am trying to create an incident from json payload via scripted rest api.

While testing the scripted rest api , i am getting empty response ( hi article already chked regarding acl deactivation). 

Does anyone have any sample script or documentation example for the same.
