Hello Experts,
Ctrl+v is not working to post images into comments field on incident. It is not working in Prod but working in Dev. I've tried to add SN Utils to my browser extension but it is blocked by administrators. Without adding this extension but user is able to paste images in the Dev instance but not production.
I've checked all the image related properties and compared between both instances but could not found any difference. Could you please help me to fix the issue?
