Display Issue : Incident Details Being Overwritten

Hello everyone,

 

I’m encountering a strange issue in ServiceNow and I’m hoping someone can help me figure it out.

Whenever I click on an incident to view its record in the SOW, it consistently displays the same incident, regardless of which incident I select. This issue only affects agents; administrators don’t seem to experience it.

What’s particularly odd is that the URL in the address bar remains correct and reflects the incident I’m trying to view, but the page content is overwritten to always show the same incident. However, the "Activity" section displays the correct information for the selected incident, while the rest (incident number, title, Overview, details, etc.) gets replaced.

 

This happens not only in the SOW but also in legacy lists. There are several users managing the platform, and with multiple companies involved, I can’t easily check with each person about their recent changes.

 

Has anyone encountered something like this before or has any idea what could be causing it?
