Download Report PDF in Major Incident Manager

We have an on-prem implementation - Vancouver Release

 

Have a requirement to be able to download the PIR report at the end of the MIM process.

 

Get the message 'Export failed - This service is not available yet'

 

How do I enable this?

Hi @John Robinson1,

To generate and download reports, you must have the necessary permissions, such as the Report Admin or Admin role. Also check the "Report PDF Export" plugin. Ensure it's activated. If you're encountering any issues, please verify your role.

Hi - this plugin does not appear on my PDI or our instance in our list of plugins.

@John Robinson1  Check the system property "glide.servlet.uri" if it is correct and check the plugin "PDF Extractor" is installed or not.
