Dropdown choices are not populating as expected in service operation workspace

Hi 

 

An additional field was added under resolution section on the incident form and added the same field in workspace view by using the configure option in sow incident resolve modal. However, the dropdown choices were not showing as expected. The client scripts were written based on the state and assignment group to add the relevant options . Those scripts are working in native but not in service operations workspace. (selected All for the UI type in all the client scripts).

 

Any suggestions will be really helpful

Yes , UI type is set to All and Isolate script is also marked as true
