Duplicate additional comments

Hello,
I'm facing an issue where when a user responds to their incident through email or on the incident form. The additional comments on the activity stream displays three times in a row at the processed at the same time. I checked business rules and did not find current.update() on the incident table. Not sure what could be causing it to happen.

Hi @SParker12 ,
I'm having the same issue, the duplicated comments have:
+ Type is empty (the original one is Audit), Update number is 0, the Update time is exactly as the original one and with the same user.
This happens in multiple instances of different customers as well ! It's strange that ServiceNow should have known about this and I expect more users report on this issue.
