Duplicate Incident numbers on SLA Report

When running an Incident SLA report, the report comes back with duplicate incident numbers when there is a breach with more than one assignment group.

 

We would like a report that is not contigent on the assignment group and the report will produce only 1 incident number per/breach even though there are 2 or more breaches on that same incident by more than one assignment group.  We just want a count of how many Incidents breached for the month and the possibilty of grouping it by priority (sla definition).

 

Currently we tried the following tables and conditions, which is the same table.

Tables:

task_sla

tasks.Breached SLAs (Task SLA)

 

Conditions:

Bar Type:  Horizontal Bar

Group by:  SLA Definition

Aggregation:  Count Distinct / Task

Percent Calculation:  Use Aggregation

 

Filter:

Created this month

Task starts with INC

Stage is one of Breached / Completed
