Efforts spent on each incident record

Hi Team,

i would like to know how to get the information on the incident record this much efforts being spent on this particular incident record. 

pls share the screen shot of the same.

@Garvit1  You can use metrics for that.

ServiceNow OOB provides Incident state duration metric definition. 

• Navigate to metric_instance table
• Apply filter as 'Definition' IS 'Incident State Duration'
• Bring the ID, Value, Start, End, Duration fields to the list view
• Now you can see the expected data.
