Error on Redirect to Service Portal

When being authenticated via OKTA our users are redirected to the Service Portal page.  The was set for all users who are not itil and this update was made via SPEntryPage.  We recently updated our OKTA link and now users are no longer being redirected to the Service Portal page and I'm not sure what to look for.  My engineer states everything is correct in OKTA.  Is there something that I needed to update in ServiceNow?  Please request any screenshots you may need.

I am not sure, what to check...I would put some gs.info in the SPEntryPage....You can also check below link, which may help you

Thank you for your response.  I am trying to redirect after the user is authenticated.  Initially I updated the SPEntryPage but the only thing that has change is the OKTA link which has nothing to do with the redirect.
