Field decorator missing

I don't find a field decorator for teams in the incident form beside the caller field even after running the fix script "Add Teams chat Field Decorator".

Any inputs on resolving the issue?

can you add a screenshot indicating what's wrong? It's nor clear to me and this would help a lot.

Do you talk about a list view or form view? And field decorator you mean a Field Style?

Field decorator on the incident form view beside the caller field to initiate agent to user conversation in ServiceNow integration with Teams application. Field decorator looks like this -
