Hello @SrinivasS218965 ,

Steps to Configure a Process Flow Formatter on the Incident Table

 1: Create Process Flow Records

Navigate to System UI >Process Flow using the Filter Navigator and click New. Create individual process flow records for each stage of the Incident lifecycle, such as New, In Progress, On Hold, Resolved, Closed, and Canceled. For each record, select Incident [incident] as the table, provide a unique Name and Label, specify the Order to control the sequence of stages, and configure the appropriate Condition based on the Incident State. Once all the required stages are created, save the records.

2: Add the Process Flow Formatter to the Incident Form

Open any existing Incident record and right-click the form header. Navigate to Configure > Form Design or Form Layout. In the available Formatters section, locate the Process Flow formatter and drag it to the top of the Incident form layout. Finally, click Save to apply the changes.

3: Verify the Configuration

Open an Incident record and verify that the Process Flow Formatter displays all the configured stages in the correct sequence. Change the Incident State and check whether the process flow highlights the corresponding stage based on the configured conditions.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

aditya
