Hi @MoizM 

 

To remove a process flow formatter from a form in ServiceNow, open the target record, right-click the form header, select Configure > Form Layout (or Form Design), locate the process_flow entry in the slushbucket or layout canvas, remove it, and click Save

Hi @MoizM,

 

You can simply make the processor inactive without needing it to be deleted.

Best practice would be to make it inactive rather than deleting it.
