Generate Report for non-business hours

Hi All,

Requirement: We need to create a report to show incidents created in non-business hours. i.e. It should run daily from 6pm - 4am and show the data in the report.

What filters we can apply?

I would think that the conditions should be set as below:

Above will work as a daily report that runs after 4AM.
