Hi ,in problem Management ,need to create RCA and Preventive Action task automatically

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create  Problem records that will have 2 tasks created automatically - a) the RCA task and b) the Preventive Action task. 

how to achieve this 

Please help with this it is urgent

You can create a flow through flow designer for creation of the two tasks for problem records that will be created.
