Hi
Is there a way within Service Now to be able to identify when a site has a network outage
We have service offering of Network Connectivity, and a category of Connectivity Issues, but need to identify easier when its site related to when an individual cant access the network
What I am looking for is
Best way to identify a site is down
Report on the total downtime for that site
Does anyone currently do this within the Incident Platform ?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Ok thank you, that is something our platform providers didnt build when we implemented the CMDB but I am looking at that
Are you able to advise what the commitment would look like for an outage ?

Just to mention, when all sites are down we can capture this information via the MIM Workbench.
This is just for individual sites and adhoc outages not a full Company Outage
