how to create incident task automatically based on the condition

How to create an incident task when an incident is created with specific short description and description or the field selected while submitting the incident form such as asset type: Laptop/Desktop/Monitor/IPPhone/Smart Phone and Asset is lost or stolen

It is easy and do able, just need some If and else condition in flow designer.
