Resolved! Community Email issues

Hi @David @Dan Bruhn    Since yesterday, at approximately 1:30 PM BST, I have not received emails in my mailbox. Is there issue going on.   I did not change any setting at my end. 

Additional comments in List View

Hi All, In Incident record I added 10 Additional comments but when I export the excel only few recent comments are visible. Is there any possibility to get all the Additional comments. Thanks,Anoja

I need to show an alert message if the manager of the caller (from the caller field) is the same as the manager of the assigned-to user (from the assigned_to field) on a form. Both caller and assigned_to are reference fields to user records.
