Is there any way to deactivate a service offering without deleting it?

Hi @Karen Joy Sanch ,

You need to figure out what status you want to use, Decommissioned seems the best, and then add a reference qualifier on your incident field to filter out the "Decommissioned" records.

There is an option where you can make operational status as retired.
