How to fetch the caller's MS teams status on the incident form

Hello,

I have a requirement related with MS teams Integration to ServiceNow. Can Anyone please suggest a way to retrieve the selected Caller's MS Teams Status on the Incident form, where "caller" field references to sys_user table.
