How to include image in Addition Comments field in a incident Form

Hello Team, 

 

I have a requirement where i need to add the image in Additional Comments field along with text using drag and drop or using CTRL + V.

I see in kb_knowledge table one of field has capabilities to use text as well as attachment, but the type of field is translated html, if i am changing the field to translated html in incident form then it is not allowed to post the additional comments data in Journal field.
