How to limit the specific catalog item to only one department users even the requests also  raised by the specific department only.

Hi Archana,

 

Try Service Catalog > User Criteria and set the department. Refer the screenshot below.

How to hide the requests raised for that catalog item from others.. except that department.

Open the catalog item.

Scroll down at bottom and create new in 'Available for' user criteria

Then on new user criteria select the correct department and create a record

This action will add new user criteria under 'available for' which will make sure the only department selected in user criteria will have access to catalog item, ultimately hidden from other department users.

 

Note: select the correct department which needs access to catalog item,in above 'Accounting' was an example.
