How to show the Related lists on demand for all the users ?

Have a requirement to show the Related lists on demand for all the users in instance.

How can e do this ?

What related list you want to show. 

You can open Demand form -- context Menu -- configure - Related List and bring left to right slush bucket and save.

 But want this change as on demand for all the users of instance.
