I am trying to create a new SLA definition. I wanted to add a script, but I cannot find the advanced option or script option

Hi Ankur,
Thank you for your response. I wanted to create an SLA which has to be added to incident if the incident is created between 00:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Can you please advice how this can be achieved?
