Incident is creating by email inbound action but related incident emails triggering duplicates

There is a email inbound action to create a new incident 
incident is creating when we receive email from the user but once incident is created with regards to created email and updated incident emails are triggering multiple times (Duplicates)

Hi @Deva3,

 

there must be a business rule which is triggering this notification on updates or insert, check on the incident activities log to see if multiple notifications are sent if yes check on the business rules / notification which are triggered on change or update of field. 

 

Try to analyze the timestamp of each duplicate nofication and activity logs to see which notification are sent out and when.
