Hello Community,
I am looking for some help. We have a requirement to perform correlation of Incidents in order to reduce the incident counts and create problem records. We do not have any monitoring tools in our environment and our CMDB data is pulled from auto discovery. Kindly let me know if there is a way to find or pull a report that can show this.

I recommend you to look into predictive intelligence for incident.

I tried to look into predictive intelligence but could not find a way to find how incidents could be correlated. Is there a procedure that need to be followed. Appreciate if you can guide me please.

I am with you there... configuring predictive intelligence (PI) is not straight forward as you might think and requires some patience and time adapting the tool.
I recommend reading this SN documentation that has a specific PI for incident plugin (screen below).
This plugin comes with PI "solutions" preconfigured that can shed some ideas for you to start with.
These solutions will also display as the "buckets" you can select on the incident creation contextual search for incident deflection (dark screen below).
