Incident

Hi,

 

Incident form below there are 4 different like "Task SLAs , Affected CIs , Impacted Services/CIs , Child Incidents".

 

But i need create two more like user , account.

 

Any idea how to build both in the incident form.

 

Please let me know.

You means you need to add related list in your incident form?  please refer to Create defined related lists

Hello @ServiceNow40 ,

 

Task SLAs, Affected CIs, Impacted Services/CIs, Child Incidents - These are related lists.

 

You can create a related list for User and Account using Relationship module. Once you create it add it on the Incident form by Right click on the header -> Configure -> Related List

@ServiceNow40 That is called related list. What are you trying to achieve by bringing User and Account in related list. Can you please elaborate your requirement
