Initiate automated MS Teams Phone Call From MIM Communications Plan and Wait for Response

Has anyone done anything like this before?

 

Configured an MS Teams integration, then used the integration in Major Incident Management to (1) initiate a phone call via MS Teams to call the on-call technician specified in the Communications Plan when a P1 is assigned to his or her group, (2) deliver a recorded message that we want to assign a new P1, and (3) monitor for the recipient to press 1 to accept the P1 assignment or press 2 to decline?

 

We already have such a process that uses Twilio, but we have asked our partner to develop the same functionality using MS Teams instead and we are trying to find out if it is even possible.

 

If it is possible, what part of it would be built in ServiceNow and what would we use to build it? 

 

I am not a developer but for some reason they are asking me, like I would know 🤔.
