Issue with Email Client Template in Domain Separation Environment

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re encountering with our email client template in a domain separation environment. Specifically, we’re having trouble with the display name format.
We use the format display name in our email client template, but it still shows the SMTP account email user label instead. We’ve attempted the following solutions:
- Select from List Option: This approach did not resolve the issue.
- Email Script: Despite implementing an email script, the problem persists.
The email is sent successfully, but after approximately five minutes, the following error appears:
Could you provide guidance on how to address this issue or suggest alternative solutions?
