Issue with Notification triggering type as send Ignored.

Hi All,

 

I am facing challenges while triggering email notification, it is showing as type 'send ignored'. I have checked the issue happens due to duplicate items with same subjects or body, I have checked and find there is no duplicity. Kindly help with the issue.

Hi @kushwahb ,

 

Does this email have the recipient? check the log, it will tell why it get ignored.

Also check user's "Notification" setting, if it is disabled then it wont send.

Are you having 2 diff notifications on same table for same user? check the weight

was it working fine earlier?

check this KB

Emails are getting set to "type" "send-ignored" for seemingly no reason
