Hello, I'm having the following problem: I created a catalog item in Employee Center with a reference field that points to the sys_user table. Now, something very strange is happening: when I impersonalize a user with their preferred language set to English, the list displays perfectly. However, when I change the same user's preferred language to Spanish, it stops appearing. I ran some tests in Access Analyzer, and it shows that the user has more permissions in English than in Spanish. I've attached screenshots of what's happening. Could you help me? I thought it might be a business rule, but it isn't. To clarify, this happens with all items and all "normal" users (i.e., those who are not admin or ITIL users).

@LuisBravo17

doesn't look like a permission issue.

Test with some actual Spanish user rather than changing the language in profile.

Hi @LuisBravo17 ,

Could you please confirm whether the catalog item details you have translated in other languages like Spanish ,its not coming.

Or you have installed any kind of multilingual plugin in your instance in order to get translation feature.
