How to send executive messaging on major incidents?

Hi all,
We are thinking of building a functionality where we send an 'Executive report' which would be a text field on incident where we capture messages to the executives who want to keep track for major incidents. Is this part of major incident management already?

There's the Post Incident review and also Actions Taken.
When a MI is promoted, you'll see 'Actions Taken' as a new field in the Activity Stream.
This is typically where you add in what's happening.
Then the Post Incident Review compiles those for you or you can add notes yourself.
You can create in your MIM Playbook an action to email execs every so often or email the Post Incident review. So ServiceNow has already thought of that need and provided these features for that.
Or you can use the Communication plan to send updates. Again, that's part of MIM.
